On December 19, 2024, Cummins Electric Centum ™ The Force containerized diesel generator set won the 2024 China IDC Industry Innovation Technology Product Award at the 19th China IDC Industry Annual Ceremony.

As a product led by Cummins China R&D team and recognized by global customers, this containerized unit, originally named PowerBloc, successfully entered Cummins' highly integrated power product Centum series in 2024 and was renamed as: Centum ™ Force, Becoming a globally released product. This award is not only a recognition of the product, but also a recognition of China's local research and development capabilities.

Centum ™ Since its launch in 2021, the Force (PowerBloc) containerized diesel generator set has become a leader in the data center backup power market due to its six characteristics: fast delivery, easy operation and maintenance, stacked design, energy saving and noise reduction, land saving, modular design, and high structural strength. Centum in 2024 ™ Force is globally released, meeting the stringent certification requirements of more countries and adapting to the demands of data center markets in multiple countries around the world.
